Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant with a love for numbers? Look no further! Our client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist with a background in accounting to join their fast paced, high energy, professional team in Halifax!
What you’ll do:
•supplier invoices, accounts payable, matching and posting
•preparation of bank deposits
•accounts receivable (when required)
•general ledger maintenance
•preparation of general correspondence
•general reception duties including: greeting clients, answering phones, etc.
What you’ll need:
•post-secondary education specializing in an accounting program
•minimum 3 year’s experience working in a full cycle accounting position
•high degree of accuracy
•proficiency in Simply Accounting
•previous administrative experience
