Our client is currently seeking a temporary part-time HR Assistant/Generalist to join their team at their head office located in Halifax, NS! This role is especially suited for those looking to thrive in an entrepreneurial, team focused culture.
What you’ll do:
reconciliation of HR employee files
manage the flow of HR Generalist document requests as indicated using templates provided (ie: Job postings, job descriptions, job offers, letter requests, performance management documentation)
assist with various projects as requested (ie, interviewing guide, on-boarding, off-boarding, orientation, etc)
other duties as required
What you’ll need:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in an HR field
Post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office will be required
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong knowledge in Employment Law
