Our client is currently seeking a temporary HR Assistant/Generalist on a part-time basis at their head office located in a prime location Downtown Halifax. This role will report to the Vice-President, Canadian Sales and Culture. This is a fast paced, team based role especially suited to those looking to thrive in an entrepreneurial, team focused culture.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will assist with providing Human Resources Services including: talent acquisition consultations, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, records management, employee relations, employment law, onboarding, recruitment and selection.
