Office Manager

Talentworks is pleased to be partnered with our Client – a leader in their industry, on their search for an experienced and professional Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support and office services for the Company.

What you’ll do:

• As the first point of contact for the business, greeting all clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner and ensuring that their needs are met
• Reception; Answering phones in an efficient and timely manner as well take accurate and detailed messages
• Office management including coordination of office supplies, building and equipment maintenance
• Providing internal staff with professional administrative support including word processing duties, minute taking, attending to routine correspondence and the preparation of written reports
• Maintain an accurate and easy retrieval filing system (hard copy and electronic)
• Diary management of boardrooms and meeting rooms
• Support executive team with diary and engagement management
• Assist executive team with administrative support and event management
• Book corporate travel including flights, accommodation and car hire for the executive team
• Act as designated Health and Safety Representative
• Additional duties as required

What we need from you:

• A degree, diploma – or an equivalent level of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Meticulous attention to detail
• A self-starter, have initiative with the ability to multitask and think on their feet
• Fluent using Microsoft Office products
• Ability to develop and maintain filing systems, databases, and basic diary/minutes management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
• Polished and professional telephone manners coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
